How we work
A typical engagement runs twelve weeks in three phases. Each phase closes on something agreed, so the decision at the end is not a surprise.
We lead the analysis. You hold the decision.
Every proposal sets out the scope, the timeline, the fee and who owns each decision.

About the studio
Taira is written 平. The character means level, even, calm: ground that holds. It is also the family name behind the studio.
The seal takes the strokes of 平 and closes them inside a ring, the way a Japanese seal closes a document. It is a signature rather than a logo: the mark of the person who stands behind the work.
Three principles decide how the studio works, writes and behaves.

We say what will happen, by when, and who owns it. No drama on the way there.

Numbers, names and dates. If a figure is an estimate, we say so and give the range.
